N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Author Kim Smith Claussen will be hosting a book signing event at the Alfred Dickey Library tonight from 4 to 6 PM.
Claussen was born in Jamestown and attended elementary school before moving to Iowa. Her debut romance novel “Till Tomorrow” was released January 18th. The book follows Katie Salem as she escapes her small, hometown in search of the comfort of anonymity for the summer with her two kids.
The synopsis continues:
“Still struggling with her husband’s death two year ago, she sets out to remodel a run-down, family owned, lake cabin in North Dakota. Along the way, she enlists the help of an old friend, Jase Preston, and together they embark on a journey, to find out if the relationship they experienced as teenagers could possibly fit their lives today. Both widowed, and single parents, they bond over their common ground. As they fall in love, life is perfect, until a life and death incident destroys it all in one, foul swoop, leaving them both to wonder if you can ever, truly, go back again.”
Paperback books will be available to purchase for $16.05 including tax. The signing event will be free and open to the public.
