N.D. (KFGO) – Five people have been arrested after several search warrants were served simultaneously in Casselton. Those facing drug charges are 36 year-old Douglas Blumer, 29 year-old Nathan Duval, 28 year-old Phillip Plushkat, 51 year-old Brian Plushkat, Sr. and 49 year-old Rebeckah West. 

The arrests were made after concerns were expressed by the city and Central Cass School District officials.  The Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Metro Street Crimes Unit, U.S. Marshal’s Service High Plains Fugitive Task Force and the Cass County Drug Task Force were part of the investigation into drug activity in Casselton.
