N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two individuals were arrested April 1st after being found with large quantities of Butane Hash Oil (BHO) with the intent to deliver.

31 year-old Sarah Elizabeth Birkholz and 35 year-old Adam Steven McCarter were arrested after Sheriff’s Deputy Matt Thom pulled over their vehicle for an equipment violation.

“They were traveling westbound when I pulled them over,” Thom stated. “I could smell marijuana and a subsequent search found large quantities of BHO oil along with $5500 cash.”

Thom also reports that prescription drugs were also found in the search. Birkholz and McCarter are currently being held at the Stutsman County Correctional Center.
