N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jimmie baseball team was set to christen the new dugouts at Jack Brown Stadium on Friday against No. 5 Bellevue, but that will have to wait. The field is not yet playable due to the construction of the new dugouts and surrounding landscape.

The doubleheaders on Friday and Saturday will be moved to Young Field in West Fargo. First-pitch for Friday is scheduled for 1pm with a noon start slated for Saturday. This will not effect the radio coverage, you can hear all four games on ESPN Jamestown.

The Bruins are currently the No. 5 team in the NAIA Top-25 and boast a 27-game winning streak. They finished 3rd in the NAIA World Series in 2016. The two teams have not played one another since 2009.

Jamestown enters with a record of 29-11.
