N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper responded to a call of a reckless driver traveling west on Highway 46 south of Kathryn on May 23rd. The trooper clocked the Honda SUV at 103 miles per hour.

A Highway Patrol spokesman said 51 year- old Thomas Wentz, Jr. of Grand Forks was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension. He was also cited for speeding and open container.
