VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A new business called Blush Boutique opened their doors this summer in downtown Valley City.

The Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the clothing store on August 23.

The owners Penny and Bryan Wolla of Valley City said major renovations were made inside the building including a new store front before the opened their door last month.
