JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Blue Jays boys hockey team is off to a 2-0 start on the young season with wins over Grafton/Park River and Hazen/Beulah.

Friday night, the Jays travel to Rugby for a West Region game with Bottineau/Rugby then head to Devils Lake on Saturday. Head coach Matt Stockert says the keys to getting two wins this weekend will start on the defensive end

 

This weekend is the first of three Friday-Saturday games and Stockert says that scheduling has a purpose.
