Totten, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)—-McKenzie Johnson had a game high 22 points and 9 rebounds to help lift the Cardinals to a 69-48 victory over Four Winds-Minnewaukan (FWM). Emerson Hoornaert added 13 points and Jill Endres added 11 points and 8 rebounds for the Cards. Leading 16-12 after the opening quarter, Carrington outscored FWM 25-16 in the second quarter and led 41-28 at halftime. FWM was led by Latasha Bellile with 20 points and 10 points from Haille Keo. FWM dropped to 6-3 overall and the 8th ranked Cardinals improved to 7-1 overall. The Cardinals will face top ranked Langdon-Edmore-Munich on December 30th in Jamestown.
