FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – A family’s visit to the new Chick-Fil-A in Fargo is one they won’t forget.?
Macy Hornung’s post on Facebook has went viral on social media. She wrote that her family was kicked out of the restaurant Saturday because she was breastfeeding her baby without a cover. She says she was showing no more than the upper portion of her breast when the owner approached and told her to cover. When she explained her baby refused to cover, and attempted to explain North Dakota breastfeeding laws, she said the family was asked to leave.?
Hornung’s post drew thousands of comments and shares from those who support her.?
Kimberly Flamm, the owner/operation of the local Chick-Fil-A apologized in a message Sunday, saying “I ask for your forgiveness on this matter as I learn from it. My goal is to provide a warm and welcoming environment.”
