JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Choice Ready is a new component in the North Dakota accountability system to measure whether high schools are preparing students for success upon graduation.
Jamestown Public Schools Superintendent Rob Lech informed the Jamestown Public School Board Monday evening about the component and recognizing the importance of it.
Lech says recent work shows the growth model for different levels in the school district.
Lech says the reason he brought up the Choice Ready Initiative was due to more information they’ve received from the Department of Public Instruction. He says this is the first year for the school district and after this, they will need to show growth.
