WIMBLEDON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender is working at 2346 96th Ave SE, Wimbledon, ND.

Sawyer John Suko, has been assigned a high-risk level by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee. He was born in 1993 and is a White male, 5’7, 170 pounds, hazel eyes, brown hair.

Suko was convicted in Stutsman County District Court of Gross Sexual Imposition-A Felony in 2012; when Suko was age 18, he took some apple pucker to a neighboring campsite and gave some to a 13-year old female. When the female was intoxicated, Suko had sex with her.

Suko is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Any use of this information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
