JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and the Young Professionals of Jamestown held a ribbon cutting ceremony for H&R Block in Jamestown.
The chamber reports that the ribbon cutting was held to celebrate the opening of the new business location and new ownership.
“Owner David Lundborg was on hand to help cut the ribbon for this new business,” the chamber states. “His employees Kari Schlager, Alice Laber, Aldra Sullivan and Kevin Tromp were joined by the chamber committee members for the ribbon cutting celebration.”
The H&R Block franchise is open year round, but their busy season is primarily during the first four or five months of the year during tax season.
“You can contact them at 701-952-5397 for more information or to setup an appointment. Please stop by to welcome them to the community,” the chamber says.
Businesses qualify for a ribbon-cutting ceremony if they open, move, remodel, are under new ownership or change their name. For more information, contact Becky Thatcher-Keller by emailing director@jamestownchamber.com or call the chamber at 701-252-4830.
