VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)- Valley City scored a season high 21 runs in their 7th win of the season topping Fargo South 21-1.

The Hi-Liner scored 5 runs in the first, 7 in the 2nd and 3rd and 2 in the 4th. McKenna Taylor drove in a game high 5 runs to lead the charge. Grace Scherr had 3 RBI and Becca Thompson and Courtney Lloyd 2 each.

South managed just 4 hits in the game. Mackenzie Schroeder, Adie Wagner,Chloe Bry and Kirsti Torgerson accounted for The Bruins hitting. Schroeder had the lone RBI.

Hailey Schaefer went all 5 inning for Valley City, she struck out 9 with a walk.
