VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Flex Pace low interest low is available to qualifying businesses in Barnes County thanks to a $4.5 million dollar grant.

Barnes County Valley City Director of Economic Development Jennifer Feist says some businesses have taken advantage of the low interest loan.

Blush Boutique owners Penny and Bryan Wolla received a Flex Pace low interest loan and renovated their store front one year ago.

Bryan Wolla encourages other businesses in downtown Valley City to pursue this opportunity to enhance their business property.
