VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The 3rd Avenue SE Reconstruction Project starts Monday, July 30th.

The street will be closed from Main St to 4th St SE. Traffic control signs will be installed today. The road and sidewalks will remain closed for the remainder of the project.

4th Street SE and the 3rd Avenue SE Bridge will remain open with intermittent disruptions. Anyone with questions about the project, should contact the KLJ office at 845-4980.
