JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for July to Christopher Well, of The UPS Store, for his outstanding customer service.
The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.
Christopher’s letter of nomination stated”
“Christopher enlarged and laminated several old family photos of farmsteads for me. Because I had them on a desktop computer that was NOT synchronized with my cell phone or laptop, I had difficulty getting them sent to the UPS store. After five attempts on my part, it was finally accomplished!!! Each time, Chris would patiently show me which button to push or which arrow to move. I would go back home and try again. He would then show me on their big computer screen what he was receiving and he kept sending me texts to communicate. He always treated me with the utmost respect, never once did he get impatient because it was something I should have caught on to. He is an excellent candidate for the customer service award because of his patience, expertise and understanding.”
Christopher, along with all the other monthly winners, will be recognized at the Chamber’s annual banquet in January 2019.
Customer Service Award nomination forms are available at the Chamber office and on their website at www.jamestownchamber.com or call 701-252-4830.
