OAKES, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Three individuals from LaMoure are facing Class A misdemeanors charges of Theft and Criminal conspiracy to commit theft from a robbery at an Oakes store in late July.

A criminal complaint alleges 51 year-old Dale Swick Jr, 34 year-old Keith Lasater and 22 year-old Angela Lasater conspired to and later stole four cell phones from Shopko Hometown. The phones were valued at almost $600.

All three are scheduled for an initial court appearance September 11th in Southeast District Court in Ellendale.
