VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Barnes County State’s Attorney Carl Martineck issued a statement on November 28 confirming that a man who died at the Barnes County jail on October 5th died from suicide.
The inmate who died was 25 year-old Lonny Levi Bradley of Valley City. Martineck said at the time of Bradley’s death he was facing a terrorizing charge stemming from a September 16th incident that took place in Valley City.
In a news release issued on November 28, Martineck said the death was a suicide according to an investigation conducted by the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. More details of the incident are list in the news release below.
