
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – City-County Health District Administrator Theresa Will, along with the F5 Project received an endorsement from the Valley City and Barnes County commission this summer that focuses on the Harm Reduction Program to help individuals affected by Substance Use Disorder and addiction.
The focus of the Rural Opioid Prevention Education and Support Project includes the Syringe Services Program that attempt to prevent or reduce the progression of substance misuse and infectious disease.

These programs are also supported law enforcement, CHI Mercy Health, Sanford Clinic, Family HealthCare in Fargo/Valley City, F5 Project, and The South Central Human Service Center.
