WIMBLEDON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Producer/Director David Sabbath of Three Dog Films has been commissioned to create a television pilot on the emergence of the Craft Beer Industry.
The show, called Generation Hops, is dedicated not just to the popularity of Craft Beer, but will also focus on the culture, community, and life of the areas where the ultimate series will film.
Sabbath’s journey will lead him to Wimbledon where he looks to film inside the Midland Continental Railroad.
“The Pilot is structured around the popularity of craft beer culture, but it is also about culture,” Sabbath explained to the Wimbledon Museum Board. “It will be a little like Parts Unknown. It will be educational and creative and hopefully successful.”

Sabbath says he chose North Dakota as the area to film the pilot focusing in Fargo, Bismarck, and the in-between. He says he will also be looking to film some of the pilot at the Depot museum.
“I would love to film inside the Midland Continental Depot Transportation Museum with a focus on Peggy Lee,” he explained. “I would want to interview, on camera, somebody associated with the museum or an expert on Peggy Lee.”
Carol Peterson with the museum board says Sabbath will be filming around August 26th. The pilot will initially premiere on YouTube, then the series be offed to YouTube; CNN; Netflix; Amazon; Discovery, The Travel Channel; HBO; and several other cable networks.
