VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Valley City man faces a felony charge of aggravated assault stemming from an incident on Tuesday, November 12th in Valley City.
Officers responded to a call for service at the intersection of 5th Avenue and 2nd Street Northeast
Valley City Police Lt. Dana Rustebakke said following their initial investigation 27 year-old Taylor Rohrich was arrested. He said the male suspect was treated for injuries at the scene and the female victim drove to the police station to report the incident. The injuries are serious but non-life threatening for the female victim.
