
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Administrator David Schelkoph’s final day in office was Friday, January 17th. He said during his eight years as the administrator he was happy to help the city secure funding for the permanent flood protection project. He also believes the Streetscape improvement project will have a positive impact on the city in the future.
An open house for Schelkoph was held on January 15th in the city hall commission chambers. Several co-workers, friends and family members wished him the best during the party.
