VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – District and Municipal courtrooms are open to the public after North Dakota Governor Burgum relaxed his executive order to close courtrooms to stop the potential spread of COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year.

Valley City Municipal Judge Tom Goven said a few safety protocols are in place for those entering the courtroom.

He said other safety precautions are also in place when it comes to paperwork.
