VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Police arrested a man in the Barnes County jail parking lot after he surrendered peacefully following a police pursuit of a vehicle that refused to pull over for a traffic stop in Valley City on Thursday, September 23rd.
Robert Elknation faces several charges following this incident which remains under investigation with the Valley City police department.
