JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) continues to stay busy with multiple projects in Jamestown and Stutsman County.

Business Development Director Corry Shevlin says one of these projects is the ongoing rail project at Spiritwood Energy Park.

Shevlin says he’s also expecting the engineering study for Houweling’s Greenhouse at Spiritwood.

He added there’s also interest in a separate greenhouse project in Stutsman County.

In the JMS Aviation Park, Shevlin says discussions with a modular home business have started to “heat up.”

Applied Blockchain will also be holding their ribbon cutting today (Thursday) at approximately 2:30 PM 7 miles North of Jamestown.

A business is also looking to relocate in Jamestown, although further details are not immediately available at this time.

Shevlin says they also continue to work with the city of Jamestown to increase housing availability.
