JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – This week has officially been declared Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) Awareness week to help raise the public’s understanding of the preventative steps recreationists need to follow to stop the introduction and spread of aquatic nuisance species in the state’s waterways.
Game & Fish Wildlife Biologist Doug Leier says there’s a lot of communication they could provide regarding ANS.
Leier says the biggest message they want to share is rules and regulations are for you.
