BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An inmate who walked away from the Missouri River Correctional Center Tuesday is back in custody.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 35 year old David Corn was taken into custody Wednesday evening by the Aberdeen, South Dakota Police Department.

Corn is serving time for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, fleeing a peace officer, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
