JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents of a new high risk registered sex offender that is residing within the city of Jamestown.

47 year-old Raynard Leroy Lebeau currently resides at 414 1/2 4th St. NE #3. He is American Indian standing at 5’09” and weighs 190 lobs with brown eyes and gray or partially gray hair. He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee.

Lebeau was charged in 2009 for sexual contact without consent. An adult female awoke to Lebeau in her bed with his hands down her pants in Hughes County, South Dakota.

Lebeau is not currently wanted at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety only and should not increase fear in the community. Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten an offender will be turned over for prosecution.
