NAPOLEON, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – LaMoure-Litchville/Marion earned its first win of the year in four sets on Thursday night in Napoleon. LLM dropped the first set 25-22 before three straight set wins by scores of 25-16, 25-22, and 27-25.

Juniors Heidi Steffes and Tessa Rasmussen led the way for the Loboes against the Imperials with 29 combined kills. Steffes finished with 16 and Rasmussen tallied 13 kills for LLM. Savanna Steffes picked up double-digit digs with 11 and also had six kills. Senior and libero Cassie Quinlan had a team-high 21 digs in the victory for the Loboes.

LLM hosts Maple River on Tuesday night at 7:00 PM in LaMoure.
