VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Several vehicles and three semi crashes reported in Cass, Barnes, and Stutsman Counties after road conditions deteriorated due to blowing and drifting snow created icy road surfaces.

Fire and Rescue crews had to extricate a driver out of one vehicle along Interstate 94 near mile marker 281 on Friday, March 31st.
