VALLEY CITY, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee presented a Customer Service Award to Sheila Miller of Leevers for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Her nomination letter said: “Sheila is quiet and shy; but she is very efficient at her job. She makes every effort to be helpful and courteous when she does her job as cashier. She is quick to ask if you have found everything that you were looking for. She checks to make sure that if you have chosen something that may have been damaged or if the dozen eggs that you have picked may have one that is broken that it is replaced. She packs groceries grouping them together making sure that the bread or baked goods are not crushed. She greets you with a smile and sends you off wishing you a great day. I believe she exemplifies great customer service skills and is an asset to her employer.”
