CASS COUNTY, N.D. (CCSO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office wishes to advise the public that both juvenile females were safely located in another state with their father.  Our agency worked collaboratively with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and additional law enforcement agencies and successfully located them in Pennsylvania.  Considering the case involves juveniles, additional information cannot be released by our office.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the incident, no arrests have been made at this time. We would like to thank the public for their continued commitment to assist our agency.

CASS COUNTY, N.D. (CCSO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) has received inquiries regarding a Facebook Post that was posted by our agency regarding missing juveniles. The information came into the Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 11th.  Upon receiving the information, the Sheriff’s Office began an immediate investigation, referencing the juveniles and their whereabouts.

At this time, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office has reason to believe that the juveniles are with their father, Jonathan Sanchez. However, as the investigation moves forward, the Sheriff’s Office needs to confirm this information and, in addition, conduct a welfare check on all related parties.
