MINNEAPOLIS, MN – University of Jamestown Track & Field had place winners Wednesday at the Gary Wilson Invitational at the University of Minnesota Track and Field Stadium.

Cambrie Fischer was third in the Javelin for the Jimmie women with a throw of 37.30m.  Paige Erhardt was fifth at 36.47m.

Brenna Held was fourth in the shot put at 12.96m.

The Jimmies’ 4×100 relay team of Sara Bonn, Fischer, Erhardt and Monica Goven was sixth in 52.01 seconds.

Ruth Harris was eighth in the triple jump at 9.98m.

For Jamestown’s men, Thomas Drago was third in the javelin at 47.45m, with Brenden Palmer fourth at 45.03m.

Tyler Dean was fifth in the discus at 44.53m.

Both teams will take part in the Bison Open in Fargo on Friday.
