FARGO – Both Jamestown Blue Jay Track & Field teams were 15th Saturday at the Fargo Elite Meet at NDSU’s Terrence Dahl and Donna Beres Track Complex.

Layna Hoffer picked up the lone victory for the Blue Jay girls, clearing five feet, three and a quarter inches to win the high jump.

Julia Skari was sixth in the 100m hurdles.  Eighth-place finishes came to the 4×400 relay team of CeCe Romsdal, Skari, Hoffer and Mia Kaiser, Hoffer in the pole vault and Hayden Olson in the triple jump.

Jamestown’s boys had two third-place finishes from the 4×400 relay team of Gradin Thorlakson, Micah Stoudt, Aiden Skari and Brady Harty and by Jacoby Traut in the javelin.

Skari, Thorlakson, Noah Lynch and Ryker Stoddart were sixth in the 4×200.  Skari was seventh in the 400m.  Harty was eighth in the 300m hurdles.
