JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown. Triston Joseph Donald Radtke lives at 1610 Business Loop E #14, Riverside Motel #14.

Radtke has been assigned a High Risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

He was convicted in 2018 of performing a sex act on a 12-year-old boy who was developmentally delayed. He was also convicted in 2016 of engaging in a sex act with an 8-year-old boy who was developmentally disabled. He was convicted in Stutsman County District Court.

Radtke is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.  This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.  Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
