Jamestown Blue Jays Track & Field had athletes at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, over the weekend, but most were at the Carrington Kiwanis/Lions meet, where the Blue Jay boys won the team title and the girls were fourth.

Jamestown placed in one event at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.  In the 4×400 relay, Gradin Thorlakson, Noah Lynch, Aiden Skari and Brady Harty finished eighth.

At Carrington, Jamestown’s boys scored 140.5 points, 27.5 better than Carrington.  Winning events were Tristan Williams in the 100m, Iddi Ramadhani in the 400m and Grady Eckart in the 110m hurdles.  Finishing second were Micah Stoudt in the 800m, the 4×400 relay team of Ramadhani, Stoudt, Casyn Metzger and Eckart, Cody Berreth in the shot put and Grant Lunde in the triple jump.

The Blue Jay girls won the 4×400 relay with CeCe Romsdal, Layna Hoffer, Claire Marker and Mia Kaiser.  Addison Marker won in the discus.  Jozie Davis finished second in the 100m hurdles.
