VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City P.E.O. Chapter A announced that a local student won a prestigious P.E.O. Scholarship.

Olivia Ingstad has received the Jane A. Taylor Scholarship in the amount of $500, this scholarship is highly competitive, with criteria including leadership, school activities, community involvement, being a current North Dakota college student with a high GPA who has completed at least 64 credits.

Olivia Ingstad is a 2023 graduate of Valley City High School, and now attends Valley City State University majoring in Health Science, with Chemistry and Marketing minors.
