CHAFFEE, N.D. (CCSO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office and multiple first responder units were dispatched to a residence in Chaffee, ND, regarding a medical call for service on Tuesday, May 20th around 5pm.  Prior to first responders’ arrival, they were advised that a vehicle had allegedly fallen on 68-year-old Andrew J. Grant of Fargo, he was found deceased at the scene.

The initial investigation showed that the devices used to support the vehicle had failed, causing it to fall while Grant was working underneath it.
