LITTLE FALLS, Minn. (KFGO) – A former North Dakota State College of Science football player charged last week with raping an unconscious woman at his Wahpeton apartment is jailed in central Minnesota.

51-year-old Raymond Ruschel, was booked into the Morrison County jail Tuesday. A Richland County, North Dakota District Court judge issued an arrest warrant for Ruschel May 29.

Ruschel gained nationwide fame after suiting up for the NDSCS college football team in 2022 as a 49-year-old.
