CASS COUNTY, N.D. (CCSO) – Shortly after 1:30 am Sunday morning, a Cass County deputy discovered an overturned vehicle in the 3500 block of 36th Street South.

The driver of the car was still inside and appeared unconscious with a head injury. The deputy broke a car window, and the female driver began to regain consciousness and crawled out of the vehicle. There were no signs of impairment, and Sanford EMS transported the driver to a local hospital. The driver was cited for Care Required on Sunday, June 8th.
