VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – As online purchasing continues to grow, the Valley City Police Department decided to set up a safe place to make those online exchanges in Valley City.
Police Chief Nick Horner said they have set up a safe exchange site, located in front of the Valley City police department.
City Commissioner Dick Gulmon said online sales have increased dramatically in Valley City.
Once again, the new online safe exchange site is located in front of the Valley City police department.
