LaMoure is once again back to the championship of District 7 as they ride a 3 run 2nd inning to a 4-2 victory. Colby Thielges also had an impressive performance going the distance and only giving up 2 runs while striking out 7. Lisbon now has to play tonight against the winner of the next game.

James Throener threw a gem of a game with 8 K’s on the night and Michael Hoistad got the 5 out save. Oakes ends Enderlin’s season and will now play Lisbon for a chance to play LaMoure in the championship.

Lisbon took advantage of a Jordyn Bittner 3 run no doubter and Oakes errors in the 1st inning to send themselves back to the District Championship and a rematch with LaMoure. Oakes ended up with 5 errors on the night as they struggled to keep up with Lisbon’s hitting and fielding. Lisbon advances to play LaMoure tomorrow night.
