JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee presented the August Customer Service Award to Amanda Love with Gate City Bank, recognizing her outstanding commitment to customer service.

Amanda was nominated for her thoughtful and personal approach to customer care, helping others feel welcomed and valued. Her nomination read: “Amanda hand-delivered cookies to my business today. She always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming. I just switched to them for my banking and she already is already so personal with me!”

The award was presented to Amanda in recognition of the warmth, positivity, and professionalism she brings to her role each day.
