VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NDHP) – A Hudson, South Dakota man is dead after a crash on Interstate 94 west of Valley City Thursday, August 14th around 4:40pm.

The Highway Patrol says the 37-year-old was driving a semi eastbound when the truck went into the ditch, through a slough, and ended up in a corn field. The driver was taken to Mercy Hospital in Valley City where he died.

The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office, Valley City Fire Department, and Valley City Ambulance also responded.
