VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the driver or owner of a motorcycle that caught fire in the 100 block of Main Street East.
Police Chief Nick Horner said on August 18th at approximately 1:58 p.m., the motorcycle was observed traveling eastbound on Main Street. The operator was seen fleeing the scene after the motorcycle caught fire.
