Miss Norsk Høstfest represents the spirit, heritage, and cultural pride of North America’s largest Scandinavian festival. More than just a title, she serves as an ambassador for Høstfest throughout the year—celebrating Nordic traditions, supporting community events, and inspiring the next generation to connect with their roots. Through leadership, service, and scholarship, Miss Norsk Høstfest honors the legacy of the festival while helping shape its future. To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Be of Scandinavian heritage (Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, or Swedish)
• Be unmarried, with no children, and between the ages of 17 and 24
• Be a high school senior, graduate, or have completed a G.E.D.
• Actively participate in community service or volunteer work.
• Be available to attend this year’s festival (September 24–27) and engage in official activities.
• Be willing to represent Norsk Høstfest at events throughout the upcoming year.
• Must not have previously held the Miss Norsk Høstfest title

Join us for the 46th annual Norsk Høstfest, taking place September 24-27th 2025, at the North Dakota State Fair Center! The festival’s four-day slate of Great Hall entertainers are Bjøro Håland, The Killer Vees Neil Diamond Tribute, Abbacadabra, Cash vs. The King: an Elvis Presley & Johnny Cash Tribute Presented by Medora (back to back shows!), and Little Texas. Side stage entertainers include Brian Sklar & The Western Senators, Fiddling Lefty, Midwest Murder Podcast, Waddington Brothers, Moon Cats, and Project Constellation, along with many others.
