BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) –  The Interim Higher Education Institutions Committee appointed Dr. Gigi Goven of Valley City to serve as a committee member.

The 19 member committee is charged with receiving the State Board of Higher Education grant and scholarship program, reviewing the costs and benefits of a system of higher education led by a chancellor, and the hiring process of the Commissioner of Higher Education position.
