
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Police are searching for a driver who fled from a crash scene early Friday morning on August 22nd at approximately 12:07 am.
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision with the bridge located in the 500 block of Viking Drive. Upon arrival, officers determined that the vehicle was disabled as a result of the crash. The driver fled the scene prior to officer arrival.
Police Chief Nick Horner said this incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information regarding this incident or the owner of the vehicle is asked to contact the Valley City Police Department at (701) 845-3110.
Earlier this week, the Valley City Police Department requested the public’s assistance in identifying the driver or owner of a motorcycle that caught fire in the 100 block of Main Street East on Monday, August 18th around 1:58 pm.
Police Chief Nick Horner said the motorcycle was observed traveling eastbound on Main Street. The operator was seen fleeing the scene after the motorcycle caught fire.
