CARRINGTON (NewsDakota)- In just one week, these meets will count for a lot more. But on Monday, Carrington had a great tune-up.
The Cardinal girls finished runners-up to LaMoure-LM in their home meet at Crossroads Golf Course on a mild Monday morning.
Aubrey Neis finished runner-up individually with an 88 while Molly Hansen was third with a 90. LaMoure-LM senior Addie Robbins won her third meet of the year with an 81, the lowest score in the region this year.
Neis carded two birdies on the back nine, one on the 13th hole and one on 16 as she finished with her best score of the fall to this point.
The Cardinals will take part in the Edgeley Invite on Thursday before traveling to Kulm on September 3rd for the first state qualifier of the year.
